Food's good though, so that's a bonus!

Family-oriented service made us feel welcome .

It was almost impossible to use in the evenings when we needed it most. The restaurant was completely booked every night.

Extra care from the exceptionally nice and always pleasant staff. Had queen room with the kitchen, a mountain view, as example. Variety of options for breakfast in the restaurant.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a beautiful area, just off the bar area and Soldeu for the last 10 years. The room was tidy and fantastic with beautiful views, a lovely mountain view plus the bedroom. All the staff was very polite and welcoming, resolved my issues. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was OUTSTANDING to satisfy everyone. This was a really enjoyable trip, I didn't feel like leaving.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the gondola and surrounded by vibrant bars and local amenities. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with effective heating and cozy bedding.

The room size felt a bit compact, which limited storage options for our gear.

The warm, cozy twin room offered fine views that added to the experience. Breakfast could benefit from more hot options, and the noise from nearby bars was occasionally disruptive. While the dining was a highlight with delicious gourmet pizzas, having limited storage in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The room was cozy and warm. Plus, they happily accommodated our small dog, a big bonus for us!

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast could have more options, especially hot dishes.

The room was a cozy twin room with fine views of the slopes! I loved how warm and inviting it was after a day of skiing. Plus, the half-board dining experience was pure bliss with delicious evening meals like ribs and homemade soup that really hit the spot!

Great bar area and free Wi-Fi in public spaces, but very small room with no hooks.

Our recent stay was a good surprise! The food was a culinary delight, especially dinner, with many options like ribs and homemade soup that were delicious and cooked to perfection. The room, while cozy, was noticeably warm, making our evenings super comfortable despite its compact size. I found it a bit noisy at night, especially from the outside bars, so bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound. I would definitely choose this place again.

Staff friendly. Convenient ski lockers nearby. Rooms are quite small with poor storage. Basic breakfast options.

Really enjoyed warm, clean rooms with fine views and friendly staff. The food was delicious and breakfast had great variety. A ski locker made traveling effortless!

The location in bruxelles is great, just a short walk to the gondola. I loved the comfortable bed and the good shower. We also enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. The food was good!
